PROJECT

Peer Review For Green And Digital VET

The Peer Review for Digital and Green VET project aligns with the EU’s Digital Education Action Plan and Council Recommendations on digital skills and training. It emphasizes the need to tailor digital skills training to specific professions and sectors, and to include green skills education for a just transition in all industries.

This initiative supports the adaptation of current training programs to meet digital and green transition challenges, equipping VET trainers with necessary skills. Additionally, it advocates for incorporating environmental responsibility and climate awareness into VET, ensuring thorough evaluation and certification.

The project promotes peer reviews as a means of external evaluation to enhance quality assurance and improvement in educational institutions. By digitizing the peer review toolbox and incorporating transnational perspectives, the project aims to integrate digital and green dimensions into the quality assurance process. This modernized approach will strengthen the consistency and transparency of quality assurance across member states, fostering greater trust and collaboration.
